Personal Injury Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will be scheduling (and drafting notices and hiring court reporter), drafting pre-suit demands (and ordering medical records/bills), propounding and answering discovery, preparing the case for trial (putting dates on my calendar once we get the trial order, sending requests to defense counsel to schedule their expert depositions, contacting our doctors to get deposition dates, sending out expert discovery and keeping track of when it is due, drafting expert disclosure and witness and exhibit list, etc.).Musthave 1 year' Paralegal experience.
