Personal Injury Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate will organize and maintain client files; Collect health care records and police reports; Draft demand letters and prepare demand packages for attorney's review; Draft pleadings; Prepare Discovery Requests and Responses. 1+ years working in a personal injury law firm as a legal assistant or paralegal is preferred. Experience drafting demand letters in personal injury cases is beneficial. Experience Drafting pleadings is a plus. 1+ years Legal Drafting experience is required. English is required. Work authorization of United States is preferred.
