Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will support a partner and his team servicing business owners and high net-worth clients. Will enjoy working on a variety of matters, from entity formations, lien searches and UCC financing statements to real estate contracts, closing documents, estate planning, estate administration and everything in between. Must have strong writing, communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a time sensitive environment. Should have an understanding of the role of a paralegal or legal assistant within a full-service law firm. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel is required.
