Real Estate Closing Attorney The candidate responsibilities include: Conduct review of title, contracts, closing packages, referral packages, deeds, and other documents provided by clients, vendors or internally. Determine whether files may proceed to closing or not. Perform real estate closings. Identify, file and monitor title claims, and handle other title curative matters. Provide legal analysis and advise clients as to their legal rights. Research state and federal laws to ensure compliance. Should have Juris Doctorate degree. Multilingual a plus.
