Paralegal The candidate will work with a small community of lawyers working on cutting-edge matters in a progressive, welcoming, and collaborative atmosphere. Will work directly with the firm s attorneys and will provide exposure to cutting-edge litigation while also offering reasonable, predictable hours and an open, bureaucracy-free atmosphere not available at large corporate defense firms. Will include drafting basic submissions, assisting in filing pleadings and briefs, and assembling materials for use at depositions and hearings. Qualifications: A highly qualified recent college graduate considering a legal career. Must be highly organized and have strong writing ability. Abilities in legal research, marketing or other areas could see her or his role expand further to embrace those talents. May be considering attending law school in the future.
