Foreclosure Litigation Attorney Candidate will be responsible for handling contested matters for the firm, including but not limited to, reviewing incoming litigation and developing case strategy, drafting of discovery, motions and related litigation documents, attendance at routine and contested hearings and trials, motion hearings, conducting settlement negotiations, and general litigation in state court. The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience with foreclosure litigation cases. Excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills are required. Must be highly responsive, have a strong work ethic, be committed to providing exceptional client service and top quality work product, and be a member in good standing of the state Bar.
