Family Law Attorney The candidate will draft petitions, motions, ex parte applications, PDDs, FDDs, DVRO, TRO. Draft/prepare correspondences to oppose party/counsel. Meet with clients. Court appearances. Depo prep and Depositions. Mediation. Propound and respond to discovery. Trial preparation. Must have 3 years of relevant experience and be licensed in California and in good standing; strong attention to detail; Team player, self-motivated skills; exceptional communication skills (written and verbal); and knowledge of the Family Code Sections applicable to custody and visitation Requests for Order.
