Criminal Defense Paralegal The candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Should have 1 years of experience as criminal defense paralegal handling primarily misdemeanors and felonies. Federal case experience is a plus. Should have strong legal writing, research and analytical skills. Should have ability to work independently and in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Should have ability to manage your own caseload with limited supervision. Should have ability to work well with people of diverse cultural, educational, and professional backgrounds. Should have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proven track record of legal support experience is preferred. Strong client services experience preferred. Understanding of criminal defense process is preferred. Experience maintaining dockets and working legal documents is preferred.
