Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate must have substantial personal injury experience and be able to manage a case from start to finish - both pre-litigation and litigation phases, including trial preparation. Should have recent Arizona personal injury experience - pre-lit, litigation, trial prep. Must have knowledge of Arizona courts and applicable rules. Microsoft Word knowledge required. Must type 50+ wpm. Paralegal certificate preferred.
