The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor s Degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program and three to five years of prior commercial real estate experience. Responsibilities - Draft and review loan/acquisition documentation - Obtain and analyze due diligence materials, including title/survey/lease reviews - Assist with title examination and preparation of title insurance commitments and policies - Coordinate and close transactions - Form and file entity documentation Qualifications - Bachelor s Degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program - Three to five years of prior commercial real estate experience - Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills - Aptitude for detail - Ability to work efficiently and under pressure with or without direct supervision - Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time - Familiarity with computerized databases and on-line services - Flexibility and regular attendance - Willingness to work overtime if necessary - Must provide minimum authorization to work in the United States Estimated Salary $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
