Paralegal/Attorney for Residential Banking Duties: Prepare CD for closing. Communicate with brokers, banks, clients, attorneys, and title companies from beginning to end of loan process. Coordinate with parties to schedule closings. Prepare loan closing documents for various lender clients of AGMB.
Qualifications: Notary Public a plus. 1 year of Bank loan processing/closing/settlement agent. Specific experience with processing and closing residential mortgage transactions as a settlement agent is required. Must be familiar with TRID process. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of parties inside and outside of our offices. Ability to elicit, interpret, analyze, and evaluate given information relative to loan closing guidelines and lender requirements. Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented aptitude. General administrative abilities to include typing, filing, and use of computer, calculator, copier and facsimile machines.
