Immigration Attorney The candidate should have 1 year of related experience to work on preparing non-immigrant NIV cases (E, H-1B, J-1, L, O, P, TN), permanent resident IV cases, and naturalization cases. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently. Demonstrated attention to detail, especially grammar and spelling. Intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel. Demonstrated ability in the areas of initiative, proactivity, resourcefulness, and good judgment. Ability to work in the USA. Must communicate easily in Spanish, French, or another foreign language.
