Legal Secretary The candidate to support litigation team. Should possess the following: in depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Duties include: Creating, formatting, and revising of complex legal documents and spreadsheets; Generating tables of contents and authorities; Applying firm styles to outside documents; Converting PDF documents to Word and applying firm styles; Troubleshooting documents. Answering questions and providing technical help when needed; Proofreading; Covering reception as needed. Should preferably have Familiarity with LEXIS and general legal research. Familiarity with M-Files is preferred. Working knowledge of Powerpoint is desired. Recent college graduates welcomed to apply.
