Hiring a Personal Injury Paralegal at The Law Firm of Skolnick Weiser The Law Firm of Skolnick Weiser is looking for an experienced personal injury paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate should have three years of experience in a personal injury practice, excellent communication and computer skills, and be reliable, organized and self-motivated. The successful candidate will be able to gather, organize, analyze and submit evidence. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Needles software being a plus. The position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, parking and an excellent health insurance package after a 90 day probation period. Job Duties The personal injury paralegal will be responsible for: * Gathering, organizing, analyzing and submitting evidence * Maintaining communication with clients * Researching relevant legal information * Preparing legal documents * Assisting attorneys in all aspects of the case Requirements * Three years of experience in personal injury law * Excellent communication and computer skills * Reliable, organized and self-motivated * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Knowledge of Needles software a plus Pay and Benefits * Salary: $35,000 - $60,000 per year * Full-time * Health insurance * Parking included Application Process Applicants should submit a cover letter, resume, references and compensation requirements.
