Litigation Paralegal The candidate will prepare legal documents and correspondence. Perform legal, non-legal, and medical research. Digest and analyze responses to discovery requests. Prepare timelines and chronologies. Prepare trial notebooks and trial exhibits. Deposition preparation of exhibits and witness binders. Maintain case management databases. Maintain client files. Additional support as needed. The candidate should have four-year degree and/or Paralegal Certificate commensurate experience, and 2+ years of paralegal experience. Must have knowledge of databases and trial programs, knowledge of court and regulatory filings, strong organizational skills, and be proficient in MS Office. ESI discovery and trial software. Knowledge of iManage is preferred.
