Trademark Paralegal The candidate must have 3+ years of experience. Should have experience with TM knockout searches and familiarity with Flextrac software, Trademark docketing, and preparing applications. Should preferably be proficient in both domestic and foreign trademark filing, working with foreign associates, communicating with the USPTO, docketing and maintaining trademark registrations before the USPTO; supporting the efforts of the firm's trademark attorneys to plan and implement international registration strategies; and performing database searches for availability of marks.
