Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be assisting with trial preparation including witness lists, exhibits, and trial binders. Organizing and preparing documents for production including discovery responses. Analyzing documents with knowledge of eDiscovery practices. Preparing case and medical chronologies. Conducting legal research. Attending court with attorneys. Calculating legal deadlines. Maintaining accurate time records. Other duties as assigned to support the attorneys in fulfillment of the Firm s mission. Must have experience with eDiscovery and eDiscovery software. A bachelor s degree or AA in Legal Studies required. Should have 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
