Contract Attorney - Commercial / Construction Litigation The candidate should have 3+ years of sophisticated experience in both commercial and construction litigation (preferably with a mid- to large-sized firm) to work in the Princeton office. Must have a solid background in all phases of commercial and construction litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, contract analysis, depositions, settlement, pre-trial and trial. Should have advanced computer and software skills (LexisNexis, Westlaw, electronic court filing, including PACER, document review and production software, including relativity, concordance, and summation). New Jersey bar admission is required.
