Paralegal/Plaintiff's personal injury The candidate should have 3 years of litigation experience managing all aspects of the client case file and discovery processes through trial verdict. A demonstrated history of trial support experience including trial technical support for the presentation of evidence, if necessary. Bilingual (Spanish) required. Paralegal Certification preferred. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Personal Injury Litigation experience is a plus. Strong coordination and teamwork skills. Proficiency in managing multiple cases and projects concurrently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer technical skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Online research skills include public data and Lexis. Electronic document filing and recording experience (PACER, Texas efiling, and Simplifile, etc.). Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Teams and OneNote). Proficiency with Adobe and document management systems.
