Trademark Paralegal The candidate will coordinate with attorneys and other paralegals/case-assistants in filing and prosecuting domestic and foreign trademark applications. Manage docket deadlines for prosecution and registration. Support enforcement matters. Conduct trademark searches. Assist with or investigate possible infringements and third party uses. Work under close supervision to complete routine tasks and assume additional responsibilities, as needed. Must have Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college/university. Paralegal Certificate from ABA-approved paralegal program required. Should have 2-5 years of trademark paralegal experience. Must have California B&P 6450 compliance documentation. Experience specifically with international trademark portfolios preferred. Must have proficiency in use of CPI docketing software and electronic filing with USPTO/TTAB. Experience coordinating with or supervising case clerks is preferred. Working knowledge of copyrights and patents is a plus.
