Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years experience, able to handle paper work from inception of case through trial. Should have a majority of experience in personal injury - general negligence and premises cases (non MVA). Discretion and good judgment in the performance of job duties is essential. Should be able to review medical records, work under pressure of deadlines and effectively communicate with attorneys and other members of the team.
