Legal Secretary The candidate will support multiple attorneys in the Litigation practice group. Traditional legal secretarial responsibilities such as reviewing and communicating docket to attorneys & paralegals, creating new files as needed, maintaining calendars, time entry, client billing and general administrative duties. Requirements: 5+ years of legal secretary experience. Experience working with Litigation attorneys but experience within other practice groups will be helpful as well. Exceptional organizational skills. Excellent technical and communication skills. Ability to type 65 wpm. Attention to detail with top notch proofreading skills. Proven success as a positive team player as well as an independent worker. Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Highly motivated professional who is enthusiastic about the opportunity to work with multiple attorneys in a fast-paced practice group.
