Workers Compensation Paralegal The candidate will review and draft routine legal documents. Create and maintain case files. Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders. Should have 3+ years of litigation paralegal with workers' compensation defense experience. Must be familiar with rules and procedures of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. New York Bar license is a plus.
