Litigation Paralegal The candidate will arrange medical and other depositions, analyze and summarize depositions and subpoenaed records and prepare written discovery and responses. Should have a Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate. Must have a strong background in personal injury litigation. Extensive knowledge of court rules and legal terminology is essential. Should have strong computer skills (MS Office). Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills are preferable.
