Trust Funding Paralegal The candidate will be preparing for and conducting post funding meetings with clients. Researching financial institutions required forms for different changes, generating/completing all forms and letters required to transfer ownership or beneficiary of an asset. Answering phone calls from clients or financial professionals for many reasons explaining our processes, answering questions about the trust, answering questions about the request for transfer that we submitted, etc. Completing forms that come in the mail or via email and forwarding them to the clients or various financial institutions for completion. Act as a back up to our Post Funding Specialist II by recording documents for real property transfers and property transfer affidavits for the various cities/townships. Other duties as assigned. The candidate should have Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in work experience. Must have 2+ years of customer/client service experience. 2+ years experience in a professional setting, law firm preferably. Experience with the ActionStep database, FundingPro and HotDocs software is a plus. Type 40 wpm with better than 96% accuracy. Proficient in all Microsoft office programs. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written required.
