Legal Secretary The candidate is responsible to provide professional secretarial support to one of the managing partners within the office. Perform a wide variety of office functions such as calendaring, filing, data entry, and typing, proofreading and editing letters and other correspondence, memoranda, contracts and reports. Assembles and distributes documents to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of work and performs other department support duties as assigned. Must have real estate experience and experience working in law firms.
