Employment Practices Liability Insurance Attorney The candidate will join the Employment Practices Liability Insurance team within the Labor and Employment department. Must have 3+ years of employment litigation experience. Should have familiarity with federal and state court practice, and have experience drafting key litigation documents in routine employment litigation, including, responsive pleadings, written discovery requests and responses, discovery motions, and motions for summary judgment and/or adjudication.
