Associate Attorney - Product Liability/Mass Tort and Business Litigation The candidate must have 2-3 years of litigation experience to work in Product Liability/Mass Tort and Business Litigation Practice Groups. Must have demonstrated experience with or interest in the following: Drafting and responding to discovery. Motion practice, including preparation and argument. Case management and organization skills. Taking and defending depositions. Development and discovery of experts. Trial assistance. Business development. Exceptional research and writing abilities and analytical skills required. Academic credentials will be weighed along with other indicators of ability, motivation and initiative. Must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills and a strong desire for client contact and hands-on litigation experience. Must be admitted to practice in Minnesota (or eligible).
