Paralegal - Office Administrator The candidate should have 10 years in legal field directly supporting attorneys, preferably in the appellate or litigation areas of law. Should have 6 years of law firm experience. Should have ability to plan and organize day to meet varied requests. Must be able to independently formulate sound decisions. Should understand and effectively use technologies provided. Must file organization, including electronic documents. Must be familiar with editing, cite checking, and e-filing legal documents. Should be able to do management of email, calendars, contact information, similar activities utilizing systems such as Outlook. Must have proficiency in Office 365 programs Word and Excel. Should be planning and scheduling meetings and ensuring proper follow-up. Manage clerical duties, including answering calls, filing, copying and processing mail.
