Paralegal The candidate will join an immigration firm. Job includes: opening new client accounts in appropriate software; acting as the primary point of contact for clients; maintaining online case notes and files; scheduling initial and follow up appointments and EOIR file reviews; relaying legal advice inquiries to the attorney on the case; preparing affidavits and creating document lists for filings and interviews; dropping documents at court weekly; and working with lawyers as well as administrative staff to assure clients cases are being professionally handled in a timely manner. Must have 1+ year of experience. Language capabilities in Mandarin and Portuguese needed but language capability in Spanish is also a plus.
