Junior Employment Attorney The candidate will primarily assist with counseling clients on employment law matters, such as anti-discrimination and anti-harassment law, wage and hour law, family and medical leave and sick and safe leave laws, as well as with workplace compliance issues such as obligations under express and implied employment contracts and best practices for handling discipline and separations. Should have 2+ years of experience. Prior clerkship or fellowship experience or employment and/or labor law experience is a plus. Must be a member of or eligible for admission to the DC Bar. Should be motivated self-starters with strong academic credentials, excellent research, writing and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the eagerness and ability to learn quickly.
