Litigation Attorney The candidate must have Bar membership. Should have at least 3 years of legal work experience in a law firm setting. Should have demonstrable experience in at least one of the following areas: class action litigation, collections law, employment law, business/corporate law, or civil litigation. Willingness to work on litigated cases in state and federal court, small claims collections cases, case investigations, and other potentially adversarial matters. Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Should also have excellent people skills, professionalism, and judgment.
