Foreclosure Defense Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: Preparation, review, and approval of all case pleadings. Handle all aspects of litigation including answers and affirmative defenses, discovery, motions, hearings, trials, and appeals. Attendance at mediations, conciliations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings and motion calendar as required. Regular client meetings/updates. Other duties and special litigation projects as assigned. Must have Juris Doctorate -Member in good standing of the Florida Bar. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience in mortgage and loan servicing foreclosure-related matters.
