Paralegal-Bankruptcy Candidate will be responsible for managing a heavy case load which includes drafting and reviewing documents and pleadings, tracking and monitoring files, maintaining calendars and deadlines, providing status updates, and legal research. Must have: An Associates Degree, Paralegal Certificate or relevant work experience. Bankruptcy experience preferred. Knowledge of foreclosure, bankruptcy and/or collection processes preferred. Background in real estate helpful. Strong attention to detail. Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence and professionalism. Communicate effectively and professionally (verbal and written). Must be dependable and hardworking team player. Ability to effectively organize, plan, and prioritize work. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Meet established production goals and quality requirements as set by management. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products and other business support software. Knowledge of Case Aware a plus. Requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and strong customer service.
