Legal Secretary/Assistant The candidate will do intake and file set up of new matters;Transcription;Preparing, drafting and formatting legal documents;Maintaining the attorneys calendar;Scanning and electronically archiving documents. Should have 3+ years of experience working as a legal secretary, and should be highly skilled. Must have strong interpersonal and verbal skills. Must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, etc.); Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of Abacus and ProDoc is a plus. Knowledge of San Diego Superior Court rules related to filing and serving documents is essential. Familiarity with insurance defense and medical malpractice is helpful.
