Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate will be managing paper and electronic case files, attorney calendars, and weekly docket with important deadlines. Will be conducting intake of potential clients as first point of contact and preparing written summaries of client information. Proofing memoranda, drafting correspondence and minor legal documents, and electronically filing court submissions in both federal and state court. Working with legal team to prepare materials for discovery, including document production and depositions. Preparing and organizing materials for motions and trials. Must have formal paralegal training from an accredited program, or other four-year degree program. Must have 3+ years working in litigation support in a law firm. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Should have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with ECF and Odyssey e-filing systems is preferred.
