Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will help manage serious injury cases from start to finish. Duties include active case management of files, communication with clients, insurance adjustors, opposing counsel, and doctors. Must have 3 years of experience drafting pleadings such as summons and complaint, drafting discovery, motions, responding to discovery requests, Pre-hearing statements, etc. Should have experience using Microsoft computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook. Experience using Needles Case Management is a plus.
