Paralegal Clerk Responsibilities: Support in all areas for the practice team. Maintain various types of spreadsheets. Prepare reports, opinions, other correspondence. Manage case lists, calendars, deadlines. Keep track of all deadlines and send reminders to attorneys in advance. Obtain court dockets, building records, and other on-line documentation. Compile documents in Nuance, perform redactions, create chronologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior professional or office experience; experience with a law firm is a plus. A paralegal Certificate is a plus. Strong verbal (including telephone) and written communication skills A" both within and outside the firm. Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task. Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects. Must demonstrate the ability to adhere to deadlines. Must communicate and cooperate with all members of a case team. Proficiency in MS Word. Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus.
