Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney Duties: Perform virtual and in person client meets, conducting fact finding interviews, confirm eligibility for bankruptcy and attend court hearings as needed. Prepare appropriate documentation for bankruptcy filings in accordance with established procedures and general rules. Communicate legal details to clients in a clear and precise manner. Research, retrieve and update appropriate information in clients case files as needed. Respond to clients in a professional manner at all times to best represent the firm and expand business through email, text and calls. Docket hearings and resolution. Draft and ECF file responses as needed.
