Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will conduct initial client intake. Will assist with investigation, research and analysis of cases. Assemble and e-file motions and other legal documents with the federal and state courts. Assist with investigation, research and analysis of cases. Knowledge of legal terminology, formatting of legal documents is required. Knowledge and ability to organize and compose legal/business letters, reports, etc. is required. Must have experience in trial preparation, issuance of subpoenas, prepare/revise/review pleadings and discovery, trial notebooks, deposition summary, and setting up/scheduling meetings/court hearings/depositions. Thorough knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures is required. Experience using Westlaw and Needles legal software required. Experience in personal injury required.
