Part-Time Corporate Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of transactional experience. Must have experience drafting commercial agreements, as well as general corporate, ordinary course contracting, and securities matters. Must have exceptional academic achievement, excellent analytical and writing skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to function both independently and within a team. Must have a license to practice in Illinois. Note 10-20 hours/week on a flexible, as-needed basis.
