Receptionist/File clerk/Legal secretary The candidate must have a professional front office demeanor with a great phone personality. Must be reliable, punctual, a multitasker, have excellent organizational skills, able to work well under pressure, have the ability to complete tasks without constant supervision and have strong computer skills. Must be able to work well in a team environment and have knowledge of Word, Word Perfect, Adobe, Excel and Internet. Must have 1 year law office experience. Will be responsible for answer and transfer calls. greet visitors. open and sort mail. filing/copying/faxing/scanning. data entry. client file creation. maintaining/ordering office supplies. support to attorney and staff as needed.
