Paralegal Responsibilities: Drafting and Filing documents with the Court, including e-filing. Preparing Judicial Council Forms. Mail-Serving documents. Scheduling CourtCalls. Corresponding with the Court and Attorneys. Assisting with other Administrative Tasks in the Office. Qualifications: Must speak SPANISH and have excellent English grammar, reading, and writing skills. Must be bright articulate and able to learn new tasks at a rapid rate. Must have computer skills, excellent verbal and writing skills, and be able to perform tasks without assistance. We are looking for self-starter who can work independently and would be able to grow with firm. Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Westlaw, Abacus Law, Lexis Nexis. QuickBooks a plus but not required. Must have 3-5 years of experience. Prefer some knowledge in Employment.
