Tax Attorney Duties: Represent clients before the taxation authorities (IRS and state), conducting in-depth interviews in order to help clients prepare financial statements to the IRS and State Taxing Agencies. Qualifications: Licensed in the state of California in good standing. 3 years' experience with IRS Process and Procedure will be advantageous. Strong background in tax resolution or tax return preparation, and, above all else, exceptional communication skills and follow-through. A commitment to providing exceptional customer care. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to multi-task and prioritize. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Detail-oriented nature with a sense of urgency. Willing to be coached. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work on one s own. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially strong Excel skills. Familiarity in certain CRM software.
