Trust & Estates and Tax Paralegal Law Firm is looking for an experienced Trust & Estates and Tax paralegal to join their team. This role will be located in either the firm's Florida, Philadelphia or Cherry Hill office, or can be a virtual role. The successful candidate will support attorneys in administering estates/trusts; assisting with related tax and plan administration filings and documents; and client case management. Qualifications: At least 3 - 5+ years of related experience Highly organized, self-directed, and detail oriented Ability to handle extensive client contact, manage all tax deadlines and multiple priorities Solid technical skills Experience with Excel, Lacerte Tax Programs, and One Source Accounting Program a plus Compensation: Law Firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: The Trust & Estates and Tax paralegal will be responsible for the following duties: Probate and administration of multiple estates and trusts Preparing fiduciary income tax returns for estates and trusts, and inheritance and/or estate tax for Florida, NJ and PA Preparing estate tax returns (Form 706), US gift tax returns (Form 709) and other tax filings (Form 1041) Drafting estate plan and probate documents Preparing estate and tax accounting Application: Qualified candidates should forward their resume to *******@******* for consideration.
