This position will involve working side-by-side with our clients and attorneys to manage all aspects of the claim as well as a large volume of cases. Compensation: This position offers a competitive salary of $48,000 - $72,000. Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas of personal injury law: File management Pre-litigation case management Understanding of insurance coverages Routine communication with clients Routine communication with outside agencies (including insurance claims adjusters, health care providers, and subrogation adjusters) Overseeing the administration of PIP/health insurance benefits Review medical records and billings Preparing settlement demand packages Preparation of settlement accountings (including subrogation negotiations) Qualifications: The ideal candidate will also have the following skills: Extremely organized, conscientious, and detail-oriented Quick learner with good problem-solver skills Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly learn new programs High energy, self-motivation, and enthusiasm Exceptional oral and written communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team About Khan Law Firm Khan Law Firm is a personal injury law firm where the focus is our clients.
