Patent Attorney The candidate must have Undergraduate or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science and admission to Bar required, admission to Patent Bar is strongly preferred. Should have 2-7 years of experience, for patent application drafting and prosecution. Must possess an academic background in Science or Engineering, and have demonstrated experience preparing and prosecuting utility and design patent applications in one or more of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Nano technology, Medical Device, Energy, and Environmental. Should have excellent writing, organizational and communication skills.
