Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will receive exposure to all aspects of litigation, including drafting and answering pleadings, researching legal issues, drafting discovery, deposing witnesses, on-site inspections, interacting with opposing counsel, arguing motions, trial, handing arbitrations, presenting testimony at administrative hearings, and arguing case appeals. Will interact equally well with opposing counsel, judges, clients, blue-collar workers, colleagues, and staff. Qualifications: 3+ years in litigation; deposition experience; familiarity with oral argument and jury trial processes; demonstrably superior legal writing ability; passion for career as litigator; ability to get along with all different types of people; and generally being interesting. Preferred: Jury trial experience; experience taking depositions and oral argument/motion practice; moot court or trial courses in law school. Must also be able to improve from constructive feedback.
