Paralegal - Med Mal Defense The candidate should have 5+ years experience to support multiple attorneys in a Civil Litigation Defense practice. Experience with Insurance Defense and Medical Malpractice paralegal support is preferred. Responsibilities include: preparing subpoenas and authorizations,scheduling of IME s and depositions, medical records chronologies, expertre search, management of discovery in civil cases, trial preparation and other tasks as required. Must have experience with PA and NJ Law. Should have experience in Medical Mal Practice Defense. Must be highly experienced with computer programs (Word, Excel, PPT,Dropbox, etc.).
