Pre Litigation Managing Attorney The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters and medical providers in order to resolve a case efficiently and for the highest possible settlement; Documenting all action and communication in the client's case file; handling a high volume case load; negotiating case files with insurance adjusters; directing legal decisions; reviewing police reports and property damage photos; understanding comprehensive medical treatment; recognizing the costs/benefits of settlements vs. suits; understanding the applicability of laws and statutes to the potential recovery of each case; Timely resolution of all case matters assigned. Strong in computer skills and written and verbal communication are preferred. 3+ years Pre Suit experience is required.
